I have two professors (science) all set to write me letters for Application. Just found out that one of them will be in Spain from May 22nd through June 20th. What do I do to get that letter in on June 1st? I don't believe he will want to/be able to reply to the aadsas E-mail from Spain.

Ideas?

I haven't tried to do what I am about to suggest....

can you have him give it to you in a sealed envelope. Keep it sealed, when AADSAS opens up, print out the LOR-matching form and put it inside an envelope along side the LOR and send it to aadsas.

So basically call/email aadsas? :laugh::laugh:

I only brought it up cause I thought I read someone do this before... They kept all their letters sealed in envelopes. Have your professor sign the glue'd line of the envelope (like in the ancient times when they waxed envelopes with royalty seals haha).

But yes, calling AADSAS isn't a bad idea

I was just messing around, I welcome any and all ideas...especially your ideas as they have been so helpful in the past. I am probably going to call aadsas in the morning just to make sure I have the surefire way to get them out on the 1st.
