Some schools require hand-written signatures. Im using Interfolio so the letters will be electronic in nature. Should we specifically request our letter writers to print the letter on official letterhead, hand-sign it, then scan it into electronic file to upload to Interfolio?

Yes, a simple update of whats going on since you've requested the letter as well as a request to reupload the letter but with a written signature and you'll be on your way!

awesome, would we have to send another request to the letter writers tho?

Jesus Christ, what schools require handwritten signatures? That's ridiculous.

If our committee letter is hand-signed, but the individual letters connected to it are electronically signed, will that be sufficient?

I don't know all of them. But there are some schools who will simply put your app on hold if one of the letters does not have a handwritten signature which yes, I agree is ridiculous.
What if my committee letter is hand-signed but the letters uploaded as part of my packet are e-signed?
