Its juuuust about that time of year when 2011 grads will start looking for residencies and jobs.
I'm hoping folks with experience in candidate selection/interviewing (or folks with experience writing them) can give some input as to what really stands out to you in a letter of recommendation?
I basically have an old boss from a summer internship that said "you were very good and I'll put whatever you need me to in your LOR" So what should I tell them to talk about?
