Letter of recommendation question?

I'm in the process of getting Letter of Recommendations. But for one class I took with a professor, I was sick for 2 exams out of the 3 midterm, but I had a doctors note. I still managed to take the exams. I had an good relationship with the professor. Should I ask her for a LoR?
