I'm kind of struggling to find my second science professor for a letter of recommendation. I'm currently taking an honors class called the Creative Process in Science. Would it be okay to ask that professor to write me a recommendation, or would that not count?

Depends on the schools you are applying to. Some require a letter specifically from a Chemistry and a Biology professor. Check with the schools you plan on applying to, they usually state clearly in their admission guidelines.

If the class is labeld as a science course it should be fine
