1) When's the latest that I should be asking for LORs?

2) When should I tell my community college professor and dentist to submit their LORs to my universities letter service?
(the letter service sends all of them to aadsas on my say-so)

3) How long does it take for a LOR to get through so that my application is complete? can I expedite this process in anyway (like by sending them to aadsas before the app comes out)?

Personally, I would just have them save an electronic copy and upload it to AADSAS. You don't need a letter service.

I would start talking to your profs next month and say "it opens up in June" but don't pressure them.

As far as expediting, just do the electronic thing and it will be quick. (You can't submit them until AADSAS opens.) They will get an email when the service is open and be given a way to upload them.

You should let your professors and dentist know now but don't pressure them too much. 😎 Give them about a month or 2 maximum so they have enough time to write you good letters. My university letter service is good for 3 years and I did try collect LORs asap to put in my file. When June 1st comes,go ahead email the letter service and tell them whose letter you want to send. Mine got through really fast (less than a week). 😉

I'm not really sure of the point of it when you can just have them upload them instantly. I guess some schools do those committee letters, but I think just having your LOR people upload them works well and everyone was able to figure it out.

Just your availability. Tell them you are available to meet and discuss your reasons for picking dentistry and why you would be good if they want to get to know you better. One of mine wanted a transcript (just an unofficial one).
