Letter Packet Question

Hello,

I submitted my letter packet (6 letters) and was recently told that the order I put for my writers is important, because some will only read up to 3 (the first 3). Is this correct? Should I try to resubmit a letter packet accounting for the order of the writers?

Also, by when should LoR's be submitted? Before secondaries are submitted or ASAP?

Letter packets prepared by your school are not expected to follow guidelines for individual letters.
