Letterheading from a different University than the one I attended?

I was wondering how you guys would look at a LOR that has a different letterheading than the University I attended. It's from my Research professor who changed universities and no longer has access the heading of the university I attended, and instead put the university they are now working at. In the letter he does state "Science research center at the university of X". Would you guys have a double take or think nothing of it?

Edit: Found a similar post on SDN where the consensus is its not a big deal.

One of my interviewers did and brought it up at the interview. My theory is it was because the letterhead place is widely known to have a certain affiliation and it was their round-a-bout way of asking if I was of the same. I clarified the change and we quickly moved on. #accepted #nothingburger
