Hi everyone,

I'm currently putting my applications together for post-bac programs (Scripps, BM, Goucher, Penn, Mills, maybe a few others) and was wondering if anybody had tips on who to use for Letters of Rec. Most programs ask for two, with at least one being an academic reference. I'm planning on having one of my undergrad professors who was also my academic advisor write one, but would my other ideally come from another professor or possibly the physician I've been shadowing over the last six months. Somebody else? Like from a full-time job?

Any tips would be great. Thanks!

I'm applying now too (goucher, bm, hopkins, and temple) and I have one letter from an undergrad professor/adviser and one from my supervisor at work (I teach and I'm having my department chair write it). I met with a pre-med adviser from my undergrad university and she said that was a good mix, though I guess it depends on your work experience.
