Hello hello!

I have finally received all of my recommendation letters but was told to pick only 6 out of 7 in order not to overwhelm adcoms :/ (my fault entirely for not reading the instructions..)
Anyway these are the letters that I have and it'd be great if I could get some advice in deciding which one to remove >o<

1. Committee Letter (this absolutely needs to stay)
2. science prof A (sorta knows me well, improvement in class, good grade, first name basis)
3. science prof B (literally said I was the best student in his class)
4. science prof C (meh? sorta knew me sorta not really but did well in class and he seems to be good at writing letters and its a harder-ish science class)
5. volunteer coordinator (we grab coffee together all the time and talk feelings sort of relationship)
6. PI (been working in his lab for 2 yrs)
7. employer (knew me well, spoke rather highly of me except the job was in a foreign country and not related to medicine in any way, and employer's english is a little questionable)

Now, I'm debating removing either the science prof A or C's letter or employer's letter but I couldn't quite come to a conclusion. I thought science prof A's letter would be better but somehow science prof C's was longer? Would length even be something that I should consider?
Any thoughts? advice? \o/

Sorry I was unclear. My advisor told me that there could only be 6 letters total (including the committee letter), which would then be sent out as a packet.
therefore, I must remove 1 letter.

all your letters should be part of the committee letter as a single packet and that should be only thing you submit.
Even the letter from OP's employer that (I'm assuming) is not part of their academic institution?
