I'm getting a committee letter from my school which should get sent in mid August. I'm also going to get a letter from my current PI, but she cant send it until late September. I dont want to delay my applications, so should I not mention that I will be getting a letter from my PI on my secondaries? That way they will process the secondaries earlier, perhaps.
On the other hand, if the schools think that I am NOT getting a letter from the person I worked for for a year and a half, maybe this will lead to some premature rejections, because it does look a little strange.
So, now I'm debating, have my applications in early, and have them processed without the letter, or have them processed later, with the letter... 😕
