Letters of Rec

Hey I had a question about letters of rec. So far I have a letter from the dentist I shadowed, and one from a biochem professor. I am going to get one from the Doctor who I am researching (plant pathology) under at college. He's not a professor so I was wondering are these enough for my application and to send to dental schools or do I need another one from a professor??

Most schools i applied to required 3 letters all from Profs. Some even said that they cannot be in the plant/environmental sciences. I had one from a post-doc, it was in addition to the 3 Prof letters. But I guess it depends on where you are applying to.

Most school require 3 letters from all professors, however, there are exceptions. You'll have to research the LOR requirement from the school your choosing to apply to.
