Does anyone know at which stage of the application process (pre-interview, post-interview) letters of recommendation are reviewed?

Probably depends on the school. I would assume pre-II in general.

@gonnif : Thanks! Do you know of any schools that are exceptions to this, which consider LOR's after the interview (particularly those in the T20)?
