Letters of Recommendation question

I'm a little confused about what is expected of my recommenders for pharmacy school. Are they required to write a letter of recommendation? Or are they required to simply fill out a questionnaire about my strengths and weaknesses?

It depends on your school but im sure they want an LOR if nothing else. My school requires an LOR and an evaluation form, which is a questionnaire with a rating scale. You may want to contact the school itself to be sure. I hope this helps!
