So I took a biochemistry class in which multiple professors taught throughout the semester of the course. Does anyone know if it would be ok to get 2 of the professors teaching the SAME course to write 2 separate LORs?

Well it's two professors that would know you. I'd think it's alright, but I think some schools would like to see a letter from a biology professor and a chemistry professor. So I would check to see if the schools you are applying to require that sort of thing.
