hello all, I am wondering how exactly to submit letters of recommendation. I have asked 3 professors and one dpm that I shadowed and I am now at a loss of how to submit them. Do I provide them with envelopes with prepaid stamps for each school? Also, I have 3 interviews in the next 2 weeks so I would hope to get them in before or as soon as possible? any advice?

Use Interfolio. It's a bit pricey ($19 sign-up fee + $6/school), but works amazingly well.

Pre-stamped envelopes are fine too but they're a bit slower + you can't track them down like Interfolio.

I used the pre-stamped envelope method. Barry and Temple lost my letters. Interfolio might be the way to go if you are in a rush.

If your school is nice enough, have the secretary of whatever department deals with LORs at your school and have him/her send all the letters out for you. I left the address' of all the schools I was sending my app to and they all got there (well sort of). They usually don't even charge either so you save money there too. I had the pod i shadowed fax over his letter and they were able to send all of the letters out together.

I used this method...never had a problem. Plus you could always send them via courier so you can track them. If money is an issue, only courier the ones that you NEED to arrive on time.

This is also an excellent option. I prefer to send them out myself, though, since this minimizes how many culprits to harass/blame if the letters don't make their destination (the postal service).

I will also vouch for Interfolio. It is very easy to use/hassle free and they guarantee every delivery. It costs a little more but I think it's worth the service.

so i decided to go with interfolio but I ran into a sna-fu. It says that CSPM only accepts paper delivery and that barry also takes electronic delivery. This is different than what is written on the aacpmas website which says that barry only takes paper and cspm takes electronic. so what gives?

you should've called each program to make sure they accept interfolio. that is the only way to make certain you are doing it right.
