When we go to an interview, do we have to give the letter of recommendation of the place we shadowed in an envelope? Or can it be a photocopy? Notarized? im confused. Because its hard to get multiple copies of it from the dentist.

you have to submitt ur LOR'S to the caapid and not take while u are interviewing..and to caapid u can send a copy i think check with them
