Letters of recommendations cannot get second science professor

Most schools I am applying to require one optometrist, one science and one general which I got but only one school out of those wants both science professors! What can I do??? i am not getting any replies from science professors some say they have 300 students and can only write generalized letters, and I have seen one gave it to me directly (i know he wasnt supposed to) and after I read how generalized it was I know it will make me look bad he basically wrote I dont know details about her since I have 300 students!!! Help
