Hi all,
I wanted to get input on a question- in your opinion and experience, is it better to have a full complement of Rad Onc letters in ERAS, or more of a variety from letter writer specialties? I sense that the answer may be "it depends," but any insight is welcome. Thanks!

Rad Oncs only. Exception is if you did heavy research, then a research letter from the PI of your lab (MD or PhD) is appropriate.

If you get letters from surgeon or med onc basically want them to write the usual good stuff but also play up the fact that you’re easy to work with and gregarious all that jazz - in other words someone they would refer patients to!
