what's the most common cause of leukocoria in pediatrics?

I'm probably misreading this practice question, but I just wanted to double check with you guys since the shelf is in the a.m:

the most common cause of unilateral OR bilateral leukocoria is congenital cataracts, right? (i.e. not RB)

Yes, leukocoria is much more common than RB; both need quick ophtho evaluation though.
