a) If he applied for a pharmaceutical sales license from his state board of pharmacy, paid his fees, received it in a sealed envelope from said board, and has all the requisite watermarks and/or seal, why would you want to see an image? Call up the board of pharmacy listed ON THE LICENSE, give them your info, and they'll tell you if the license is still active. Unless you are a pharmacist/pharmacy owner or a wholesaler, why would you need one? Is this a license to sell controlled substances? Can't help being suspicious about the way you asked this.
b) What on earth does this have to do with pre-pharmacy, or pharmacy practice?
