I'm trying to reciprocate my Indiana license to New Jersey.
As most of you know, NJ board of pharmacy website provides very limited source of information, though it used to be worse in the past.
Being not born in US, I'm wondering if NJ BOP still requires people like me to submit a birth certificate.
Is there anyone who obtained NJ license by reciprocation?? Please share your experience. Thanks!
