Licensure by Credential for International Dentists?

Hello all,

Asking this for my dad. He has been working in California as a fully licensed dentist for almost 10 years now. If he wants to work in another state, does licensure by credential apply to him even though he graduated from an international dental school? I know this might be different from state to state, but just want to have some ideas...

Hi, according that I've read reciprocal licence doesn't apply for him because he should be graduated from an acreditaded school (regular course or IDP course)......but definitely you should call to the state board where you like to move and ask directly because each case may be different.
