I am aware of the current law in Florida in this regard. 🙁

However..... just wondering if there are any signs (or talk) about opening this state up to "Licensure by Credentials" in the future?

Thanks! 🙂

Not anytime soon. Apparently, because Florida is such a popular location to retire, many state boards (not just for Dentistry) make it difficult for practitioners to come to the state and be get licensed without extensive exams. The fear is that retirees may practice part time (law, medicine, dentistry, etc.) and further saturate an already saturated state. I've heard this explanation a lot... it may or may not be true, so take it with a grain of salt.
