Excuse my ignorance but exactly happens to dental students after they graduate?


Is there a residency that follows for all or those who are going into a specialty? If you're going into a specialty then is the residency a few years or does it vary with what you decide to do?

for the non-specializing students ... they start working and make $$$

for specializing students, they have 1-7 more years of school basically.
