I have a secondary application that ask for any additional life experiences. I'm not sure what this means, is it talking about life or death experiences or even mundane ones that are meaningful and not already mentioned in primary?

I guess what I'm asking is what is the definition of life experiences. I must not be familiar with the term since it sounds fairly general and ambiguous.

If you have to ask....

You have "nontrade" in your screen name, I would take it that the road to Medicine has not been a straight line? if so, what's happened along that road?

Thanks Goro and mvenus929.

Yeah I'm a nontrad and the road has been a long and bumpy one. I touched on many of the big things during the primary application. Do you know how ad coms feel about using the same stories, several of which were life and death.

Write about something not included on your primary that influences either your decision to enter medicine or something that you believe will make you a good physician.

Is there anything interesting or unusual about your life, or some sort of experience you've had to go through, that you haven't already talked about elsewhere?

If yes, write about it.

Thank you everyone. I have a few ideas of what to write now that were not mentioned in the primary.
