Just one - but he has to wait on hold on the phone as the medical assistant tries to get the doctor to approve the change from CFC bulbs to incadescent bulbs because the CVS club card doesn't give discounts to CFC bulbs AND because the doc wrote "DAW" on the Rx (and told the patient that it should be free)
