Link for SURF Programs

Hey guys I need your help! There used to be some thread a long time ago (2000) with an awesome link to a page that contained many of the SURF programs (it seemed that every state was represented). I remember that it was someone from Hunter College, does anyone have that link or some link similar? I am doing a presentation for new pre-meds and thought that a page with all these SURF links would be great to pass on. Thanks.
