link saying that we can sumbit the letter of reference online on AADSAS ?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Man, you posted numerous threads with "sumbit". It's "submit" rather than "sumbit".

Just saying this so other people who are thinking about dentistry don't think that we are idiots. 😎

Also using that mis-spelled word many times bugs me a bit.

Don't know about "on-line submissions" but I first inputted the names of my evaluators and pertinent information about them into AADSAS. Then I printed out corresponding matching forms. Afterwards I asked my evaluators to send the LOR with the attached matching form to AADSAS. A few days later, AADSAS will update and you will receive verification online that the LORs have been submitted.

This is the way AADSAS did it for the last application cycle and I don't see how they would change it. I don't think evaluators would send their LORs online directly to AADSAS.

Smooth, I think you need to calm down. If I remember correctly, this tis the third thread you've atarted about this topic in the last week, and thus far, no one has the answers. The reason the AADSAS site isn't up to date is because they have not released the application site for this year. It will become active around May 15th...wait until then and you'll have the information.

If you're truly desperate for this information, most of us won't have it. We didn't have this feature last year, so why would we know anything about it. Call the AADSAS people and ask.

To be honest...I highly doubt this is true. Think about it. Our letters of rec are supposed to be confidential and signed. If they just allowed people to send letters of rec via some secure internet site...any of us could pretend to be a LOR writer and submit whatever we wanted and just click a few buttons to say we're honestly so and so person without any verification.

We should start a FAQ subforum here and put him as a moderator. He can ask all the questions and people can submit answers for them. Then there's no way anyone could ever ask a question that isn't in that forum. 🙂

"Evaluators are now able to submit letters of evaluation to AADSAS in printed hard copy or via an online submission process—check the Letters of Evaluation section of the AADSAS 2008 application for specific instructions."

The answer to your question was found with less than a minute of perusing the ADEA site.

Thanks.
