List of Derm residencies that require supplements

Hi all,

I thought it might be a good idea to share our knowledge of which derm residencies have additional required supplements in addition (or in lieu of) the personal statement on ERAS. Some of these can be hard to find since they require going to each individual program's website and can be easy to miss. Here are the ones I know of so far:

UT Southwestern (answer 3 questions in lieu of a personal statement)
Mayo in Rochester (email answers to 3 questions in addition to ERAS)
UPenn (fill out quick survey regarding interests)
BU (long supplement about their 3+3 program)

Mine required creatine, but if they found out you wasted money on glutamine (come on, it's one of the most abundant amino acids out there, you don't need to buy it in pill/powder form), it was the blacklist/primary care for you.

Ohio State requires a very short supplemental paragraph via email
