List of interview Dates

Emory: Dec 4 and 5
MCG: October 25 and Nov 15 or Dec13
Henry Ford: November 8, 12, 17, 19 and Dec 6
University of Florida - 12/3, 12/6, or 12/10
Yale: Oct 29, 30 Dec 10, 11

I think it would be helpful so when you get invited you can choose a date that does not conflict with a program you would like to go to.

You can look all of these up on the SF match website when you apply to programs. On the main page after you log in, under specialty click on "Ophthalmology' and then you will see a list of programs. When you click individual programs, you can look at the websites/name of program director and contact info, as well as information about tentative interview dates.
 
I heard that a great way to plan interview scheduling is to create a Google Calendar with all the available dates. This way, you'll know in advance which programs have dates that clash together and you can plan accordingly. Hopefully this will translate into less unnecessary rescheduling for everyone as new interview invitations come along.

The SFMatch website shows the interview dates for about 2/3 of the programs, so I created a public Google Calendar with the available dates of each of those programs. Here's the link:

The following programs haven't published their interview dates yet, so I haven't added them to the calendar. If you find out when their interview dates are, please send me a private message and I'll add them to the calendar! Good luck to everyone this interview season!

Great work calendar dude! I'm posting these others that I know of here (and will PM you too). Some of these are from direct emails inquiring progs if they werent on SFMATch/their websites. I was thinking of doing the same thing but you're already there....and thanks too for sharing!

Anyone had thoughts on unifying the threads!? Can admins combine the posts on the 2 thread perhaps? Or maybe leave one JUST for dates, like this one, and have the other 1 for discussion? Just some thoughts...

Hey I have some of these dates - and hopefully as I find more will let you know. Got these either from SF Match or direct email or direct phone call or website. On a side note, there's a conflict on U-Wisc's website and SF match website dates - and they said the SF match were more accurate. Here are my $0.02...

Texas Tech 10-29 11-12 12-10
UIC 11-1, 8, 15, 22 and 12-6 and 13

Does anyone know what happened to the Google calendar with the interview dates? When you click on the links above, it opens a blank calendar.

It still works fine for me. Maybe you had a slow internet connection or were looking at a month outside of Oct/Nov/Dec?
