I am curious as to what neuroanatomy pathways I need to know for the Step 1. My school covered a bunch of nitty gritty about a lot of pathways/tracts and the different layers of cells in the cerebrum, etc. I am looking through first aid now and I don't even see a single pathway sketched out in the neurology section. I know a lot of people reccomend High-Yield Neuro, but there seem to be a ton of details listed in there, too. I was just wondering if someone has an idea (based on Kaplan or UW questions or the real thing) of what tracts we are expected to know and which ones are actually high yield.

the only tracts you need are the 3 in FA, that doesnt mean you can never be asked a question on the numerous others but chances are low
