List of schools that might only update portals for II

There's been reports this cycle (and in cycles past) of a few schools that only updated portals without sending IIs via email. I'm not talking about ones where the portal is updated a day or two before emails are sent out, but rather schools that never email about IIs.

If anyone's experienced this, could you name the schools?
