usmleasy.com, which is only free for 5 more days-- although the format sucks for board prep, it is a great way to reinforce material as you finish a particular organ system/subject. this is how i've been using the site

The Robbins question book, Appleton & Lange Review book and CD, the BSS books and CD, NMS USMLE review, the BRS Pathology/Physiology, QBook, etc., etc.. There are lots of sources of questions.
