Listing an activity with few hours?

How do you guys feel about listing an activity in the AMCAS application with few hours (less than 50), but you felt was meaningful? Ex. mentoring kids underprivileged kids in the public schooling system or playing games/making cards with admitted patients who are children in the oncology department? (Both through formal organizations) Thanks in advance @Goro @Med Ed

Here's the reason why. I was a transfer student and new to the area. I found out about the opportunity after my first year there (junior year), but they wouldn't let me start because it had already been too late (background checks, training, etc.) the following semester. So I was only start the program during the duration of my 4th semester at this institution, by which I was graduating.

OK, sounds fine. Spin it by stating you "were only allowed to do X amount of time there, but it was a special time because... "
