I had a research done with my name on the poster but it was presented by someoneelse. Can I still put this on my CV for residency application? Thanks for your help

yes.

People understand that the first author typically presents the poster and if you are not the first author, you didn't present it. It's not misleading. It's like listing a paper. You list posters to demonstrate your work is going somewhere. The competitive point for conference posters is usually based on the abstract. Your work as a secondary author contributed intellectually to that abstract and you should be able to get some credit for it. The actual presentation part is an experience but almost a formality for the purposes of representing it on your CV's scholarly works section.
