Hi everyone, I need some advice 🙂 I have accepted my seat in the graduate entry program at UC Dublin but got pulled off the waitlist at LIU. I am from the US and LIU being in the states is more convenient however they do not have a teaching hospital. UC Dublin is international but has a teaching hospital, I can also practice anywhere around the globe with a degree from Dublin. I plan on practicing in the US and cost is similar (Dublin is a little bit cheaper) so any advice would be super helpful since I am very torn.

I'm sure you've already heard this, but if UC Dublin is cheaper, then it is the better option. But make sure you are including cost of living, cost of travel, etc. in your considerations. I have a heavy preference for schools with a teaching hospital, but many people do very well with the distributive model. If you prefer a teaching hospital, and Dublin is cheaper, and you are mentally prepared (and excited) to go to school outside of the country, I would think that Dublin is the better option.
