I am currently in fellowship and am debating what to do with my life afterwards. Are there any jobs out there for those that want to work at an academic center, be primarily clinical and teach but have little to do with research? Is that possible to do? HELP!

You should be asking your MFM faculty for advice. This is not something that I would put out on this forum. It seems that this forum is made up mostly of medical students I believe that there is one MFM attending who is on this board but it is hard for one person to give you an opinion on what is out there. You should go to SMFM and network.

Yes. There is a great deal of variety out there and almost a job to fit everyone. Speak with your faculty about non-advertised positions and send e-mails to programs of interest.
