My brother and I just recently bought a new home in Power Ranch (cross roads German and Power, so its pretty close to your school and in one of the best neighborhoods in the east valley). Since both of us still go to school (I will be starting my second year at UOP and here is still in undergrad). We are looking to rent it out. Its has four bedrooms and 2 baths and just a little under 1650 square feet. It will be ready to move in to in December or January. Anyway, it really is a going to be a really nice home. It has granite counter tops, 20 inch tile, upgraded cabinets, etc. We both would really like to rent it out to another dental student/students. We would like to rent it out for 1125.
