I'd pick whichever was cheaper! If the price was the same, I'd pick the one with the better program structure (rotation, anatomy labs, OMM content, research etc.). If both the price and the program was basically the same I would pick it based on where I would be happier living. If all that I said was the same - I would pick based on which school logo I found more visually appealing (in this case BUCOM).
