You have to go into the nytimes web site and it cost 2.50 to access it. Basically the article said that alot of doctors who entered into this program will not be recieving money to pay their loans. The worst part is some were never told and the government feels no obligation to tell them. It doesn't seem like the situation will be resolved anytime soon either. I am attempting to get the NHSC scholarship which is from the same organization. The promblem is you have to commit to a minimum of two years four years max. They do pay for everything and give you a stipend.
