Is anybody aware of any other options for Canadians to finance residency other than CANHELP, or private loans from canada. The reason I ask is because I've heard some things about a certain loan from citibank in particular which Canadians may also be eligible for.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The Citibank loan you are referring to requires a US citizen as a cosigner. If you have someone that may qualify and can cosign for you, that is your best loan option by far. Canhelp sucks and has ridiculously high origination fees. I use MEFA. However, it is specific to Mass.
