LOE sent in, but not showing up?

Hey guys,

So this is my second year applying and I never had this problem last year. Has anybody ever had a lag time from when their evaluator has told you they sent their LOE in and when your received an email confirming it / it showing up in the AADSAS? The other three LOE I have for this year and the ones from last year were all simultaneously sent to my app / emailed confirmation to me. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or if I should check with the evaluator to make sure he got confirmation his got sent in.

I had to ask my dentist to double check. She said she sent it in but I didn't get a confirmation right away like usual. So I asked her to check and it turns out she didn't actually click the submit button after uploading the letter. So it wouldn't hurt to ask the evaluators to double check

If Im not mistaken, these letters are processed and things are picking up now. Could be that AADSAS is just a little swamped right now. My letters were all packeted by adviser and expressed to AADSAS and havent had any problems with them.

Well that incident just happened to me today while I was shadowing and when my dentist submitted I immediately got a confirmation email. I feel like the online submissions for letters are pretty on top of things.

You can always delete the letter writer in question, reenter their information and have him/her upload it again.

I'm not sure if its lagging or what but I have had two (possibly three) LOR writers that had to submit their letters twice before it would show up in AADSAS. It could be like DentalDoge said and AADSAS is just congested with all the incoming applications but whatever it is it is really inconvenient

It ended up that he forgot to press submit. He uploaded it, but forgot to submit it.
