Quick question -

Columbia University requires 3 letters from science professors - I'm wondering if Vetrinary medicine counts as science?

Also, does it matter if that professor has never taught you and isn't at your university but still knows you very well and could provide a thorough evaluation?

I'm pretty sure that for science letters a criteria is that you had to have received a grade from the professor...
