logging in to get your score

hey everyone,

long time reader first time (actually second or third) time poster. has anyone else tried logging into THx yet? i did so just to see if i remembered my password correctly and it didnt work. is this because we cant log into THx yet or bc i actually forgot my password? im starting to think that maybe we're just not able to log in yet bc when i clicked on the forgot password link and entered my email address, they said it didnt match with my username even though im certain thats the email i used to register for the mcat (i still have the confirmation emails in that account and everything). maybe someone can try logging in and see if it works?

you should still be able to log in i think. I was able to anyway. But it should tell you the scores have not been released. If you have forgotten your password...have them send it to your email account.

i tried it but they said that the email didnt match my login, which is weird since i still have my confirmation email from when i registered at that email account. i emailed them but they didnt respond. i hope there hasnt been a screwup...

You can call them if you want it that bad. Not matching just means that u've got the PW wrong, email would be ok if you remember it. I can open mine, its working fine.

Haha....actually the score is usually posted on the site the night before the "actual" day they state.

haha while waiting for the april scores, i did that too...mainly just to get myself used to clicking the button and seeing the page load.

sadly, it didn't work. i still thought i was going to throw up when i pushed that login button and suddenly the page looked different.

for registering for the first time, what happens if you don't enter biographical information exactly as it was entered for the MCAT registration? For example, I can't remember if I put my cell phone numbe or my home phone number down for my daytime phone number. Would there just be a delay in getting the account fully set up (in which case, if I just registered now, I could get everything set up well in advance of when scores actually come out)?

When you log in and your scores are up, are they up right when you log in, or is there a second link to click on? This is very important to my preparation in loading that page.

i re-registered and was able to log in right after i re-registered. thanks for the help, everyone!

i think im going to do the checking-the-website-repeatedly-even-though-i-know-scores-arent-out yet thing. only 6 weeks to go...argh. how long does it take to run a few scantron forms through the machine and grade 2 short essays?

i think im going to do the checking-the-website-repeatedly-even-though-i-know-scores-arent-out yet thing. only 6 weeks to go...argh. how long does it take to run a few scantron forms through the machine and grade 2 short essays?

that's what I'm thinking!!!!!! Seriously, I think they do it to torture us...I mean they already tortured us the months before the MCAT and during the test....why not carry it on afterwards as well?🙁

yeah there's no extra link. and i'm sure people will warn you of this as the release date gets closer, but the number on the left is the SERIES number for the MCAT. not your score. our series number was 31.

i must have read that message on SDN 50 times and was determined to not think that the series number was my scores. but it was the first number i saw and so my immediate reaction was, "oh i got a 31" with a little disappointment because that's what i got on a practice exam when i was sick. then i saw my individual scores and realized they didn't add up to 31.

anyway, moral of the story: DON'T BE MISLEAD BY THE SERIES NUMBER.

i think i'll have to be drunk when i open up MCAT THx.... there's no way i'm going to be able to handle this sober.. hahaha... especially since i had a HUGE testing irregularity.... soo my scores probably screwed
