I'd say Long, match list is rapidly improving from what I've seen over the past few years + they're really expanding and renovating everything in the med center. Big bonus is that Long has everything you need for 4 years close by in San Antonio proper.

Long with the caveat that it has grades. I think that is a bit off-putting. UTMB if you want a chill environment and don't mind not being in a major city.
