This may be a dumb question but if you take a NBME practice exam, will they give you the answers and explanations or will it merely tell you what areas you are weak on?

That's too bad; I prefer the way the lab values are set up in the practice NBME. Seems a lot easier to hunt something down if you need to.

will we be able to highlight within the question stem like in UW/be able to strike through answer choices on the actual Step? I just did an NBME practice test and was frustrated that it would not let you do those things.

It's exactly like USMLEworld...exactly...I felt like I was taking a practice block on my own computer.
