So last night I had a bought of insomnia. I happened across my journal from my D3 year. It made for some interesting reading at 2:00AM. All these years later I was struck by the amount of energy I was devoting to 2 things…
#1 School, took way too much of my life force at that time.
#2 Communicating with young women, was a major energy sink.
I had to laugh at my female communication difficulties…
Kris: I couldn’t communicate at a deep level with her. (She was the one that got away!)
Valery: She wanted to communicate at a deep level and it scared me. (She might consider me the one that got away.)
Bonnie: She was getting divorced and cried on my shoulder too much.
Vickie: My roommate’s GF that I disliked, I wished she would NOT talk to me at all.
Michelle: My other roommate’s GF, was a balancing act. I liked her but did not want to create any problems with my roomy.
Kathy: My best female buddy at the time. Five years later came out as gay!
