I'm be moving to Philadelphia for residency beginning of June at HUP. I'm interested in 1 or 2 roommates in the center city and surrounding area. I'm looking for a nice place with modern appliances with options for parking. I have a few places in mind after talking to some friends in the area (between 800-1200$ range).
