If you know anyone here who is planning leave their CA-1 pos. to transfer to another CA-1 program, pls let me know. So we can contact that soon-to-be unfilled/vacant spot.
My husband is a prelim Surgery PGY-1 resident. His contract ends this June 2007.
He did not get matched for 2007, and was unable to secure an Anesth spot during scramble.
I'm a new FNP who's willing to work anywhere......whatever state.......my husband has my 100% support. (Anyway, we've been married for 6 yrs----and we've been together since his MS-1).
I will go with him wherever he gets accepted for residency. I prioritize his profession more than mine.
For now, while he's busy fulfilling a very busy preliminary surgery 1-year contract, here am I helping him out......always on the watch for any unfilled spots.
